Bought #JBL Reflect Aero, 2024/10, right bud lasts a few minutes while the other lasts hours. #Amazon sends me to JBL support, who then delegates to a partner. Warranty accepted, propose replacing with lower quality options. Reject, demand refund. Response: go back to Amazon 🤬
