@JMiller_CO@IanRunkle I appreciate the honesty. I still don’t get how anyone can think she was guilty. Her diffusers on the taillight were broken. And that alone would have prevented the taillight from working. Yet it was. That’s literal proof right there she didn’t hit him.

@SamLayman24@meredithoneil I just watched a trial a month ago that had the Allen charge read. Ended in mistrial. They chose not to pursue again. First time in a long time I’d seen it.
@legalbytesmedia I’m concerned that come people can’t separate fact from feeling. They can’t be back there trying to come up with their own conclusions on how she did it just because you think she is guilty.
