@Globalstats11 Football has been stale since 1994. All the best players play in the same leagues with the same coaches all teaching the same style.
Before 1994 you had teams with players you didn’t know that was exciting to watch as the team played a different style now it’s all the same.

@SimonDunmore Foden at his best for Man City drifts in from the right allowing him to get shots off on favoured left foot. He is also a magician in the crowded 18yrd line… sticking him out on the left wing is utilising him like England used to utilise Scholes in that position.

@amjonno No.6 was generally seen as the central defenders number alongside No.5. Bobby Moore was one of the best central defenders as was Alan Hansen & Franco Baresi and they both wore No.6. As did Martin Buchan… good but not in the league of the above 3 🤣🤣
