London! Our runners are hitting the streets near you to tell you two things:
1. RUN4 your mental health
2. Talk about your mental health
Do both at a Run4Rene group meetup near you: https://t.co/K0OEKRDq30
Thank you to everyone who tuned in online and in person @eabct2021!! @saiqa_naz@andrewbeck45@LeilaLawton3 thanks for your continued support and I look forward to hearing your talks tomorrow, including: 'is CBT only for White People?' 10:30am
Sometimes we all need a little reminder...
YOU matter. You can’t fix things, help people, build relationships, live longer, run faster, if YOU’RE not functioning. Make yourself a priority. ✌🏼 https://t.co/Bmj5uYcNs1
"It's not just #COVID19 that is killing people,
it's underprivilege,
it's lack of access,
it's years of living with health conditions that haven't been properly managed because of the colour of your skin, or your ethnicity, or your social group"- @DrMikeRyan#HealthForAll
@NadineDorries Comparing mental health services (every person has mental health and therefore may need support with it during their lives) to prison services is offensive and missing the point. Currently this country’s services are a postcode lottery. Health should be a right not a privilege.
Our Liverpool Street Crew starts tomorrow. Monal and Simon will be meeting outside the Lululemon Store in Spitalfields at 12:30pm. Everyone is welcome and we’ll run at a slow talking pace. No sign up needed, just come along!
