I said I wouldn’t hassle you for more Yorkshire Marathon sponsorship, but when you click on this and see how close I am to my target, you’re going to WANT to help @ParkinsonsUK… https://t.co/2NKOPC6VmQ
Day 1 of Week 1 of my new training plan courtesy of James. 8km easy ✅️ I started in darkness & finished in the grey light of dawn. Head torch was required to pick my way through the mud and fallen branches. A fun start to Monday @RunComPod
Beautiful @bramhallparkrun this morning; constantly surprising, picturesque course - with many a short, sharp climb. That’s 199 done! Thank you marshals, well done fellow parkrunners and -walkers.
@RunComPod rinsing my @RunThroughUK annual pass for all its worth with a harder than expected 10k at regents park on Sunday, strong final mile to keep it close to 50mins
Wild and windy run to the Thames Barrier🍃☀️ making our running plans for next year
Still catching up with @RunComPod episodes but now convinced to add Shoreditch Half to the 2027 schedule and hopefully Yorkshire marathon too after the great successes from last week! 👏💪🎉
@RunComPod could blame the wind but really my heart, head and legs just weren’t in it this morning. Still, I at least know how much improvement needed and the work to be done to get in shape for March’s race. The only way is up! Happy Sunday runcommers.
Tough head winds into the teeth of storm Boelo, one week on from York marathon with the latest @RunComPod marathon review. 11 miles searching for shelter! Thanks for the shout out and inspiring episode guys! 🙌👏👏👏
After weight training and yoga I rounded off my morning of exercise with my 1st run since the Yorkshire Marathon with a trip to Livingston Parkrun. Ideal running conditions, the calm before the coming storms it would seem. @RunComPod
No queue to get my “Q” at @parkrunUK with a trip up to Glasgow.
Appreciated the lie in @RunComPod but the hills, not so much.
And, you can’t go far wrong with a @TunnockOfficial Tea Cake after!
