Biden's loan cancellation gets weaker by the week.
This the latest: FFELP borrowers screwed out of the cancellation, even if they consolidate into the Direct Program.
SMH.
RETURN STANDARD BANKRUPTCY RIGHTS TO THIS DEBT! #S2598

I bought a lottery ticket for $1 in the believe/hope that I would win $1 Million.
I won nothing.
Did that ticket "cost" me $1, or $1 Million?

Dear @RepSpartz@Victoria_Spartz: Hoosiers are wrecked by predatory federal student debt.
Not Conservative.
Will you join Grothman, Gaetz, others to fight to return constitutional bankruptcy rights to these big-government loans?

@indystar@SBTribune
Dear @DarrellIssa@tommcclintock: Californians owe $174 Billion in predatory, mostly federal student loan debt.
Will you join other @GOP reps to fight to return constitutional bankruptcy rights to these big-government loans?

@Latimes@sfchronicle
@OANN@DaveBratVA7th @AddisonSmithOAN Hey @DaveBratVA7th: YOUR PAYCHECK COMES from this big-govmt LOAN SCAM. @LibertyU rakes in $300 MILLION EVERY YEAR ON THIS CON.
YOU SCREW YOUR STUDENTS, AND NOW YOU WAG YOUR FINGER AT THEM?
WHERE DO YOU STAND ON S.2598 and HR. 4563, BRAT?
@CBNOnline@Pontifex@JerryPrevoLU
The corporate/financial/Swamp media is telling a BIG-LIE: That cancelling student loans will "cost the taxpayer".
IT IS FALSE.
ALL federally owned student loan debt could be cancelled, and the taxpayers would be breaking about even.

SPREAD THE WORD.
Thank you @SenatorDurbin for your steadfast leadership on returning bankruptcy rights to student loans at long last.
It is time for S.2598 to come to the Floor. The people deserve to know who is with them, the Constitution, and who is not.
Godspeed-

I'm in that age bracket. I make a little dent on the principle - with higher interest on older loans and no pause on FFEL during the pandemic these loans continue to grow or barely decline if making large payments. Many FFEL borrowers will pay until they die.
Will the @TheJusticeDept perpetuate the worst economic injustice in the US, and keep bankruptcy rights gone from federal student loans, or will they stop delaying, and opposing borrowers in court?

The wealthy can't get federal student loans.
The well-to-do don't fall behind on their student loans.
85% of all federal student loan borrowers were underwater before the pandemic.
Let's cut the bullshit, shall we?

Let's say I loan you $100, and you agree to repay me $200.
Let's say you repay me $150, but something happens, and you can't/won't pay me anything more.
Did I just "lose" money?
Please.
