@PlinthBotherer5 This has been my go to getting on a train breakfast for ages. Sausage or bacon bap usually in the hot food. Covers every base you need for less than £4. Totally slept on.
@TheTilehurstEnd It's hit and miss. Smacks of trying to do too much too soon and trying to force things (fireworks etc). Overall though they are trustworthy enough
@CodyJourno Goes against what should be the strategy of forward thinking League 1 clubs of signing players with resale value. If Marriott is leading the line then I'd rather us invest in someone with a higher ceiling
@upthedingg The owners are focused on every aspect of improving the match day experience for fans other than the actual reason we turn up - the football part of it.
Everything about prematch is incredibly out of touch. No one asked for this OTT crap when we've limped to the finish line. The music feels off especially Tom Petty. Sound system also way too loud in the build up to kick off and stunts fans creating an actual atmosphere #ReadingFC
@m1871e Problem is it's too hard to digest. It's a horrendous way to do Comms. Just drop something and let the fans pick through it.
Maybe the membership needs a modern overhaul. But we're a League One club, we don't need it to be needlessly complex and wordy.
@ElmParkRoyals Genuinely can't work out if this is for watching games in person or streaming?
I also don't know why a League One club which fills half the ground needs an overly complex tiered membership structure.
@afc_richard They tried to jump the queue and do everything before they got even a modicum of success. Modern football's greatest pretenders getting humiliated and humbled is too much not to get excited about.
@SirthomasVIII@ElmParkRoyals Tbh I agree with you, just pointing out the unideal circumstances. Losing so many key players lays bare more obviously than ever there's no discernable style of play. As soon as individual quality can't scrape us through games, we look toothless and clueless. There's no blueprint
@ElmParkRoyals As has been repeated by others, as much as I don't have faith in LR, who on earth do we recruit now? We missed the Luke Williams train so now emphasis is rebuilding this summer. But it's on LR and his team now to turn fan sentiment in the final 3 games with positive tactics
@ElmParkRoyals Marriott, R Williams, Ward, Doyle plus Elliott all injured for the crucial run in. Arguably our best striker, winger, midfielder & defender all injured for the run in. We still should have been playing better football but I think most teams would struggle with that.
