Honestly, I am both married and working in a corporate company. It is difficult to spend in my spare time with the family and focus on my own projects.

When you start working, turn on the timer. ⏳
It doesn't matter if you count how much you have worked or how much you will work.
Stop it when you take a break. Just keep on working.
You will see the change.
