@FueledbyLOLZ @SouthwestAir That NEVER should have happened. We have people complain constantly about others and it typically gets passed on to operations and then up to the captain for a decision. It’s very rare a removal happens and it’s typically safety related. Have they reached out to customer service

Unfortunately everyone assumes it’s FAs because we’re the ones you see. Terrible situation for her parents and NEVER should of happened.
