@aveda @aveda Clearly your make up department failed. They gave up and did not “keep up” on the beauty. No promotion of it, no encouragement by salon stylists for customers to try and buy, etc. Total lazy fail by salon owners, stylists, associates, and so on.

@aveda @aveda AVEDA make up used to be SOOO good. Then a couple knuckleheads complained of peppermint (of all things!) in the lipstick. So they stopped. THIS is what made the lipstick fantastic and unique and like no lipstick on the market. I went from buying 10 lipsticks a year to zero
