We’re raising funds for the Montclair HS Spring Track and Field team and would love your support. This fundraiser is to help the team get to New Balance Nationals, uniforms, equipment (hurdles, high jump/ pole vault mats) and help offset the cost of meets.

After graduating a solid core we were counted out this season. But the remaining upperclassmen and a bundle of underclassmen rose to the occasion and showed Essex County we’re still here. With the Girls finishing 3rd and the boys 4th we now take that momentum into states.
All summer workouts are posted on the cross country blog. Make sure you read through your assigned packet and follow accordingly. Captains practice will be every Tuesday and Thursday starting next week.

Sometimes all we can do in life is be where our feet are, and keep putting one foot in front of the other. After a gutsy regular season, filled with record, ups & downs these ladies went to Philly and put on a show.
On Wednesday the girls team competed at the NJ Meet of Champions. The meet started off with a strong performance by the 4x8 and was closed out with Kennedy White’s second place finish in the triple jump. This weekend the ladies will be competing at NB Nationals in Philadelphia.
Congrats to Ashley Noel (LJ) and Kennedy White (TJ) on their Group IV Championship. These young ladies have earned automatic bids to the NJ Meet of Champions.
