@ZARA_Care I ordered perfume on 13th November and have still not received it, when I contacted you online you were very unhelpful and said to just wait! This is totally unacceptable and i am sure it has been lost by Evri!
@bradsbabe82@ZARA_Care Zara responded today and are sending a replacement thankfully! Evri have obviously lost the original, this is the 2nd parcel being delivered by evri in 2 weeks that hasn’t arrived!

@NewLookHelp I bought a pair of boots for my daughter in January, order number HM424344652 both of the soles have split in two! She doesn’t wear them everyday so this should not happen, they are obviously faulty. Please see attached photo. Can somebody please get in touch.
