What a complete joke @SamsungUK are!! Ordered a washing machine for delivery on Tuesday 2nd. Delivery postponed twice “due to unforeseen circumstances” only to find out today the machine won’t be in stock for another week!!! That’s not unforeseen, it’s outright dishonest!!!

Appalling service from @hampers. Sent incorrect hampers to a lesser value than those ordered! Told I’d get a refund a week ago only to chase today to be told it’s not yet approved and funds will then take another 7 days to be received!! Disgusting!!

Yet another delivery balls up by @evridelivery!! Delivered a parcel this evening and provided photo proof but of an address that wasn’t the delivery address!! Why any company still uses this total shambles to deliver their products is beyond me!! They’re a total waste of time!!

Incredibly disappointed with @123_Hampers! Ordered a Christmas hamper worth £130 on Monday and they have today delivered a completely different hamper worth £40!!! Customer service were rubbish on the phone, just said to email in! Will never use them again!!! The wait continues!
