@parcelforce I need to know why my parcel is stuck on "exported" status for 7 days now. Tracking number: CK246955013GB is something wrong. This is now urgent. Pls help.
@cheap_postage unfortunately @parcelforce refuse to help me any further & cannot give a location for my parcel, nor provide an ETA. Their website says minor delays to italy, but the twitter staff say that there is a suspension of speed delivery due to Covid. Pls can you help me.
@holrunning @jely192 @TailwindUK I used tailwind in training once, was perfect, so I had a bottle with me for marathon. But it gave me terrible heartburn/reflux. Not enough practice with it I guess. ๐คท๐ผโโ๏ธ

@holrunning@Streetoutlawrun I start to really feel it around week 10. Check your resting heart rate, if it creeping up, maybe skip some easy runs to give yourself extra rest time and do some restorative yoga/stretching.
