Morning all. What's on your plan today?

I have an evening run planned with my good friend who has not been running long. She keeps worrying she will hold me up 🙄

Those that know me know pace is not important to me and is not the reason I run. #runningfamily

@Guestyk I was tempted to have a crack at Beachy Head half or 10K but decided to just enjoy training and ease back into work first.

I ran to a clients house, watched them sign some papers through the window (they are shielding and I needed to witness them), then I ran home.

Got make sure I get that balance and don't skip runs for work again 🥰
