Josh Allen said, "I didn't have any stars. So I was a no star, no offer guy out of high school."
Your stars don’t define you - your work does.
It doesn't matter where you start, it matters what you do.
• Show up.
• Do the work.
• Choose resilience.

James 1: 6-7 “But when you ask, you must believe and not doubt, because the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind. That person should not expect to receive anything from the Lord.”
“6’0, 210 and built right. Runs with vision and patience, presses the hole, decisive one-cut, finishes forward. Pad level, ball security, pass pro awareness, catches it clean. That’s an every-down back. Coaches—turn on the film.” 🏈 #portalrb#FaithInAction#hardworkpaysoff

As someone born and raised in Memphis, playing here these past two years has been special. I’ve grown so much as a player and a person, and I’m grateful for everyone who poured into me and the brothers I’ve made along the way. Thank you to all my coaches and teammates that helped me become the player I am today
After much thought and prayer, I’ve decided to enter the transfer portal with 2 years of eligibility remaining. This wasn’t an easy choice, but I believe it’s the right step for my future. I’m excited for the opportunities ahead and ready to embrace this next chapter of my journey.
“Don’t confuse activity with purpose. The guys who know why they’re working are the ones you can trust when it matters. That’s how you separate yourself.”
— Nick Saban

“Talent gets you in the room. Learning from a vet keeps you there. If a young RB is picking a veteran’s brain on protections, leverage, and details, that tells me he’s serious about mastering the position. Work ethic shows before kickoff.” @_mrobinson8@CoachSpooq@Raiders
As a RB coach: What separates good from elite? Making the FIRST defender behind the LOS miss. Most backs can't. Downhill is great, but ZERO negative plays & consistent production wins.Portal RB @_mrobinson8 does it—turns 0 yds into +1 every snap.Coaches, watch his film! 🔥🏈 #cfp
Don’t just watch the drills—watch the footwork, reactions, movement efficiency, effort, and finish like it’s game speed. @_mrobinson8 put in real work daily, even when a year was taken from him. That shows up on tape. #RB#Portal#TrustTheFilm
Not often you see a 6'0, 210-lb RB with the footwork of a smaller back. Squares up defenders in space and makes people miss. Tape is vs elite competition in a quality environment. Portal RB @_mrobinson8
From a coach/scout POV: 6A Tennessee HS ball vs future Michigan, Oregon & other P5 talent. He still produced and stood out. Old tape, real traits. Now a portal RB—
The race is not to the swift… but to those who endure.’ (Eccl. 9:11)
Game film tells the story. Every rep against top competition shaped him for this moment. Circumstances don’t define talent—movement, vision, hard work and resilience do. Look beyond practice 🎬; see the player.
Got to put that work in every day, no excuses rain, sleet or 6inches of ❄ in the 9⃣0⃣1⃣ still moving swiftly.. Great footwork, great technician always.. Keep working🔑
@_mrobinson8
Game film opens the door.
Practice film tells a coach whether to keep it open. Remember you practice how you play That's a player you can trust.”
