Tuesday's forecast, even through the day, was sun all day and yet we had fog and cloud until 1pm

Appallingly sloppy headline writing on @BBCNottingham at 8am, then repeated at 9am about Nottingham ..."with 760.6 cases recorded in the week leading up to the 6th October". It's the case rate, i.e. 760.6 people infected per 100k people! @JonathanKBall
