There is no utopia "homeboy" but Florida is one of if not the most free best run state in the US. We run surpluses, huge rainy day fund, no state income tax, excellent higher education, low home prices, low electric rates, etc etc and soon reduced property taxes. Insurance rates dropped on average 8.7% this year. There are a net 18 new property insurance companies in Florida. You need to read news from 2026.
