This session will feature presentations from a group of AIMES Alliance members whose organizations offer opportunities for Tribal GME, who will each provide an overview of their unique programs.
His experience working at SNMH, combined with his time as a primary care provider at Chapa-De, helps focus the program on the needs of the local rural community. This initiative aims to ensure a steady supply of primary care doctors for the community.

Rural residencies play a crucial role in addressing physician shortages in underserved communities. @HRSAgov has awarded $64 million to the Rural Residency Planning and Development (RRPD) program since 2019, creating 48 accredited rural residency programs.
🚨 Recruitment Alert: Marshall Community Health Consortium's rural general surgery residency integrates the unique challenges faced in a rural facility with a tailored academic medical center based training program to provide comprehensive educational and clinical experiences.
