@TicketmasterCS my daughter is due to attend an event TOMORROW, tickets are still unavailable online, when she finally gets through on the website robot she gets a message saying that details with the event organiser are “still being finalised” - ticket has been logged, no reply

@TicketmasterCS Ticket was logged yesterday for an event that is happening Saturday, my daughter will not have access to a printer after today as is travelling so unless this is resolved in the next 2 hours she will be unable to attend the event - can the priority of her ticket be raised?
