$MMTLP #MMTLP Facing seemingly insurmountable corruption can feel overwhelming, defeating, and scary.

You have two choices when confronting that FEAR:

Forget Everything And Run
or
Face Everything And Rise

I’m attacking this and I hope you choose to continue the fight with me.

🔥🔥🔥REP FRENCH HILL bringin' the heat to the HOUSE FINANCIAL SERVICES CMTE hearing...
“SEC has lost in the court of public opinion…but the agency is now getting trampled by the federal courts as well…’ARBITRARY and CAPRICIOUS’…’BAD FAITH CONDUCT’…’GROSS ABUSE OF POWER’…it’s clear the SEC blatantly and repeatedly OVERSTEPS STATUTORY AUTHORITY.”
💥LOOK NO FURTHER THAN THE #MMTLPFiasco!!!
“SEC is proposing to collect every American's brokerage account statement…EVERYDAY, EVERY TRADE… in their CAT system.”
@RepFrenchHill: How can the SEC still do its job effectively without collecting this personally identifiable information??? "
MS. Jennifer Schulp, Former Enforcement Attorney at FINRA: “The SEC has been able to do it for years and has continued to be able to do so with transaction data without the personally identifiable information that has already been collected in the CAT. The way it previously worked, upon the SEC noticing some sort of pattern or suspicious activity would create a request for the investors’ information to the brokerage firms.”
💥WAIT💥WAIT💥WAIT A MINUTE!!!💥
You mean they already has data from the brokers regarding suspicious trading activity???
Like hundreds of millions of #CounterfeitShares, complaints from issuers & whistleblowers??
Who gets them that data??? Brokers at the request of #FINRA....
💥So, let me get this straight, @SECGov investigates suspicious trading activity by requesting @FINRA to acquire the trading data from the brokers, but both regulators refuse a #WhatIsTheShareCount for $MMTLP $MMAT $TRCH, because THEY DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THAT KIND OF DATA???
💥LIAR, LIAR #PantsOnFire!!!
💥WHO OREDERED THE U3 HALT???
💥TIME FOR SUBPOENAS & HEARINGS!!!

I am an original merger shareholder of @Metamaterialtec (META #mmat $mmat) who has currently voted "NO" on the Authorized Share Increase Proposal. 🚫

This proposal, which seeks to increase the total number of authorized shares of common stock from 10,000,000 to 250,000,000, represents a staggering dilution of over 2400%. 😵🪦

As a retail investor, I find this request to be not only substantial but also deeply concerning, particularly given that retail investors like myself have already endured a significant decrease in share value. 📉

While I recognize the importance of raising capital for commercialization efforts and appreciate the transparency and effort put into communicating the company's strategy and needs through the recent letter to shareholders. 📄

I am troubled by the repetitive pattern where retail investors are asked to shoulder the burden of the company's financial strategies, at great cost to our investments. 🔄

I am concerned that if the company becomes successful, it will primarily benefit institutional investors rather than the retail investors who have supported the company through its difficult times. This is a valid concern that heavily influences my decision. 👎👎

I am also keenly aware of the company's restructuring efforts in 2023 to focus on four core technologies, which signals a strategic alignment towards efficiency and market readiness. 👏

However, the historical performance, particularly the substantial decrease in share value already experienced by retail investors, makes the proposed dilution even more difficult to accept without further concrete assurances. 🤨

I would like to emphasize the importance of the upcoming Q&A session and webcast.

The upcoming meetings represent crucial opportunities for the company to provide detailed information and reassurances regarding the long-term benefits of the Authorized Share Increase Proposal. 🗣️

Specifically, the company needs to outline how it plans to reduce the impact of the proposal on retail investors and ensure that they can participate meaningfully in the company's future success. As a result, my vote will depend on the company's ability to address these concerns effectively. 🗳️

My vote of "NO" is not set in stone.

It is a reflection of my current concerns and the need for more detailed information and reassurances. I am open to reconsidering my position if the company can address the concerns of dilution, articulate a clear and compelling long-term financial strategy that benefits all shareholders, and demonstrate a commitment to valuing the contributions and sacrifices of its retail investor base ✊
