@DemYankee12 @GretchenPSmith We agree. I think many Restauteurs use tip share to simply pay l3ss to other employees. If the server shares tips, the ones getting the share should earn it. I had no problem tipping out the Busser, Bar Tender etc, whomever helped me. But many get tipped for minimum work.
