@O2 My girlfriend reported fraud to O2 in Feb. Called 3 times since: nothing done. Today was told still no activity and to wait. O2 still sending account overdue letters and will be passing it to Debt Collection.
Does O2 even care about fraud and how it impacts small businesses?!

@Femitaxlaw2014 Freelancers bring flexibility & new skills to co's who need short-termwork force. I expect they will pick alternative contracts or demand higher rates now. They have little job security, no holiday or sick pay and have to cover their own training needed to keep skills up to date
