Never understand fines in the NBA. Russell Westbrook has had racial profanities thrown at him from the crowd and responds but gets fined for it. Yet a blatant smack to the face gets nothing? Silver should look at himself when confused about ratings being low.

The Russell Westbrook IQ takes are annoying and misleading. The man had a 3.9gpa and could have went to Stanford based off of his academics alone. He ultimately decided on UCLA because of the scholarship offered to him for basketball. He's extremely intelligent.
