@AmazonUK your customer service is dog shit. I reported an item that had apparently been delivered as not delivered. I was told to wait a couple of days in case it turned up. I have waited, since 11th June. I have contacted your customer service this morning to resolve this.

I will now pursue a formal complaint as far as is possible to go due to the absolute shit I have had to tolerate from your customer service rep "priyanka" this morning.

Therefore, you have taken my money for a product/service and not provided that product/service, which as far as I'm concerned means you are committing theft/fraud and will be reported as such.

State of the game @SeaOfThieves as Season 12 releases, and we welcome players from a new platform (PS5) onto the seas.

And the support response isn't great, if I'm honest. They are busy, I get it, but they're not actually answering what are pretty basic questions. They're good at acknowledging it isn't working properly, but not so good at actually answering a question.

Just... even when I'm feeling semi-alright, overcoming the inertia sometimes is bloody exhausting. And then when I've overcome it, I don't much feel like doing whatever it was I was meant to be doing.

@Debi0072 'Streamlining' the game start up and interfaces to get you into the game session and doing what you want to be doing quicker than ever. That's what the last few updates have been all about, right? 🤣

@SoT_Support @SeaOfThieves Update for @SoT_Support: This is STILL happening. Also, repeated blackscreen crashes back to xbox dashboard all day, every twenty minutes or so and sometimes more often. About time you made the game work properly, no?

@SoT_Support Seems like I'm not playing #SeaOfThieves today then. Big hoorah about launching @SeaOfThieves on PS5, can't even get it to work properly on the platforms it is currently on. Let me know when you sort it so I can actually load in & sail my Guild ship again will you?
