Sapere aude.
We’re giving thousands of more secondary school pupils the chance to benefit from learning Latin.
@wmarybeard told us why she thinks learning Latin is exciting and fun.
It’s hard to think how reducing choice and opportunity can ever be a positive thing. Vocational qualification (such as BTEC) support over 250,000 young people every year. Moving wholesale to relatively unknown T-levels is risky (remember 14-19 Diplomas). https://t.co/fkzylIem6q
Looking forward to joining the panel on Monday 12 July at 10 AM at the @EVERFI_UK business leaders event 'The human cost of financial literacy' to find out how businesses can tackle societal inequalities by supporting financial education. https://t.co/z9ccPFYc9M
Really looking forward to @youngenterprise Building Futures event this afternoon. Great to be joined by @StephLunch and here in the studio with our very own @sdavies1971 . Still chance to register - come and join a celebration of young people's achievements.
Thanks so much for the support Martin @TheBissettGroup. Fantastic to be increasing the Centre of Excellence programme in Lancashire #financialeducation
A friend and outstanding teacher handed in her notice today citing too much pressure from government, too many labels being placed on young people, and unrealistic expectations on schools. Like all #teachers she worked flat out during lockdown and feels very let down. So sad.
Surely we should be focusing more on ensuring the education that all young people receive is as relevant and meaningful as possible #appliedlearning https://t.co/CEkl60gNwR
Our absolute pleasure @LEOacademies Fantastic to see all of the amazing financial education going on in Centres of Excellence across the UK. Super impressed with @Miss_Gibney ‘s roadmap 👏.

Just did a Year 9 taster session for the @StudyLIBF KS4 #financialeducation course at my school & had 167 students attend! My biggest online audience yet! Fantastic to see such an appetite for this brilliant subject.
Great to be able to discuss the impact of ’buy now pay later’ finance for young people on @BBCEssex this morning. Thanks for a great interview @sadienine#financialeducation
We’ve considered the most appropriate ways we can help the young people you work with and have put together a #lockdownlearning toolkit
