Hysteria, yes , but there was an obvious layer of pysop involved just look at the media flooding the world with hysteria triggers .

Just by the numbers it's obvious not even considering the framing and content . Then once the ball was rolling thru thr media you had NGOs jumping all over it . It's like they were all ready for a story like this and they pumped it hard.
