@TXColonel @slc_saint @TXColonel is absolutely correct. “Urge” was a huge difference. Don’t forget the church forbid young, healthy adults from serving missions without it. Healthy members from attending the temple (when they opened). That’s when it became, Thou Shalt comply (or else)
