@British_Airways I'm trying to make a booking for me and one other adult. On the Passenger Details screen I am unable to enter their details. All I have is a 'Select Passenger' dropdown and their name isn't on it. What should I do, please?

@TLRailUK I did as suggested but received an ‘incomplete journey’ email because I used a physical ticket to leave Finsbury Park instead of KeyGo. I entered the details on your site but it still shows as incomplete. How long does it take to update?
@TLRailUK I have an annual season ticket between Brighton and London Thameslink on my Key Smartcard. On Saturday 1st July I need to travel a return journey from Preston Park to Finsbury Park. What is the best ticket I can buy for this, please?
@British_Airways My tier points and avios haven't updated for a trip a month ago. When I use your website to claim them it says "Missing Avios claims can only be made three days after your travel date". Please can you help?
If that’s “Order help” then the chat isn’t working. It just says “We’re sorry for the delay this time – we’re working hard to get your order to you as soon as possible. The order includes my daughters dinner, it’ll be here after her bed time.
@DeliverooHelp When I placed my order over an hour ago it said 25-40 minutes. It’s still not here and says the driver has another delivery before mine. Not good enough.

@TLRailUK why is the 1726 to Brighton from City Thameslink only 8 carriages again? It’s standing room only most days. Surely a train at this time on this route should be 12?!
@PhilipsCare I’m in the UK. When I turn it on it does this light show. It doesn’t connect by Bluetooth to the phone anymore and has reduced power. The On/Off button works and I can just about brush with it. I cannot change between Clean, White+, etc
