@cowboyfantome I'll raise you that Medieval Europe as a setting can still work, but that creatives need to draw even more heavily from historical sources. Medieval fantasy now is just a set of heavily used tropes and visuals that have been filtered and flanderized for decades.

Tipping culture is very easy.

If you go into a place that has a hostess, you sit down at a table and get waited on…you tip 20% if the service was acceptable. Less if the waiter sucks.

If you go into a bar you tip your bartender generally a dollar a drink.

Every other instance of tipping like at Starbucks or chicken joints like Foosackleys you press “no tip” with a smile on your face.
