@bt_uk Registered with Royal Mail and order placed over 1 month ago. But apparently @bt_uk finds it acceptable to keep customers waiting over a month for internet....

Never been so frustrated! Neither @bt_uk or @OpenreachHelp can provide me with an update on when I can expect to have internet installed. Disgraceful service, dealing with representatives who haven't the gumption to escalate to the correct people. 1 month on and still waiting.

@OpenreachHelp I'm currently having a very negative experience with @bt_uk new site team regarding broadband set up. Can you assist as they advise the delay is with your contractors? I've been awaiting internet installation for 3 weeks and would like to deal direct.

@bt_uk Last comms were that I would have to wait up to 1 more week for external cabling work to be completed. I expect to be connected to your broadband service prior to the Christmas break and will be very disappointed should this not happen. The process has been a huge inconvenience.
