So Virgin are saying I defaulted on a single payment of £21:00 in May 2019, ummm funny that I hadn't been in the country for 6 months, so I have a default in my credit score for nothing!! I pay my bills you'd better put it right @Virgin, defermation is a costly business!!!!

@EE so for 8 months I've been complaining about my phone not working, you sold an upgraded policy knowing it wasn't going to give me coverage so when I get home I'm going to report @EE to ofcom as you've just ignored my complaints, i have proof here on Twitter & recorded messages
