@currys why are your prices online for mobile phone deals not able to be honoured in store? We’re being fiddled out of money because the deal is not on the tablet and we’re being told there’s nothing that can be done.

@virginmedia why is your service shocking? We cancelled our contract 30 days ago in readiness to change to another supplier yet we got a bill for next month through today! Your help centre are being less than helpful. We want to cancel and not get charged for this coming month!

@BigMotoringWrld disappointed with your Peterborough Fengate branch. We were ignored for 20 mins after looking at cars. Spoke to the manager who seemed unbothered. The same manager was chatting loudly with staff well in earshot of us and there was loud swearing from an employee!
@AnglianWater is the water still needing to be boiled in Red Lodge? Your website’s advising the main was fixed overnight but the boil notice was only given to households today! Any idea how long this will take to fix if it’s not already?
