It is not undemocratic to pursue democratic changes to constitutions. Democratic constitutions are not cast in stone nor weighted in one place. They in their wording provide expressly for this... That they can be altered and amended with methods thereof provided. True democracy is allowing the voice of the people to be heard and expressed without fear nor favour.
