@NewLookHelp how is anyone meant to get customer support when you dont have a phone no, your chat bot is useless and you don't reply to facebook or whatapp?
@HelloFreshUK@HelloFreshUK I’ve DM’d you, I’ve called you, I’ve messaged you, and still no one has called back 24hrs later or resolved my issue. Your products are still out of date and late and I haven’t had any refund/explanation/apology for that
@HelloFreshUK@goustocooking I’ve already called and reported it but your customer services were most unhelpful. Apparently refunding the buns is acceptable, even tho without one item the meal is pointless. Really crappy service all round
