its just taste, the target audience of god of War is a majority male, and most men like to either play as strong men or as hot/cute females.

i think it makes sense that people are disappointed, especially since every other god of War game was focused on Kratos.

i personally pretty much always play a female character unless it changes the story (like romance options, for example)
but i get why people are fed up after 11 years of pushing an agenda onto games.

personally ive never played a god of War game, and I'm not interested at all, and unless the game is really good like Stellar Blade or ff16 i dont play exclusives out of principle
