Had a pathetic experience. For the operations team at
@superhealth_ind , VIP pass means (Very idiot Persons Pass). Rude behaviour to elderly patient, non-coperative team. Always the effort to push to use Emergency services so that monetization can happen.

@dragarwals_eye Very poor experience at Banerghatta,bengaluru branch. They don't do dialation of eyes during check-up, they want us to come another day. Asking a senior citizen to visit the hospital multiple times unnecessarily,how is it justified ? Unprofessional & unethical
