Why should we meet the costs of trying someone who has committed a crime elsewhere with our limited means in terms of forensic’s etc the logistics would be a nightmare on the taxpayer….anyhow big is big !!

I'm not advocating for impunity and outlaw behaviour; Absolutely not! I'm advocating for SOVEREIGN AUTONOMY. For UGANDA Court Systems to try Ugandans for crimes committed here or abroad. Like happens in those Western countries. If Katungi committed those crimes, U.S should send the case here and he be tried and imprisoned here. That's what STATEHOOD MEANS!

Secondly, I'm demanding RECIPROCITY. There are Americans who commit crimes here, more grave than Katungi's. I know two cases(won't say here). If we can't try them here, then, the Americas too, forfeit the right to try our citizens in America.

Those Americans refused trying their soldiers who committed terrible crimes in Iraq and Afghanistan. Forget extraditing them to Iraq...but even to try them for those crimes in American courts; NOTHING! That's what IMPERIAL DOMINATION means!

We’ve been bombarded. The microphones have been hijacked by the wrong voices aimed at weakening men and misdirecting the girl child but we won’t keep quiet abt this.

A message must be sent out diluting all these narratives. Men shouldn’t be seen as money making machines who’re there to satisfy female “egoism” in the name of provision.

This battle has started and the lines have been drawn.

Men must fight to get back up.

Dear friends,

Thank you for joining us in mourning and celebrating the life of our brother Kushaba Anthony, who was discovered dead on Friday, 21 August 2026, at his work residence in Ntungamo — bleeding from the nose and eyes — and who, according to medical reports that cannot name the cause of the heart failure, is said to have died of heart failure.

His death at 38 years of a hard-working journalistic life was shattering and numbing to some of us. The energetic, generous and joyous soul signed out of earthly life in suspicious circumstances. One credible media house hinted on reported poisoning. It cannot be ruled out.

The point of this is simply to thank you. I had not yet got the mental energy to acknowledge your solidarity and financial contributions to his send-off.

I thank God that he used to confide in me in matters that mattered to him. I am proud that he lived a useful and impactful life that a sudden death cannot blunt.

Losing a sibling is uniquely difficult. Being unable to bury adds a gear into the complexity. Kushaba was God-fearing. May God bless and protect his soul as he starts his new form or universe. May God forgive him the sins he will have committed.

To everyone who made his life, while he lived, better — thank you.
