Best Buy support is not there
Refrigerator under service contract. Serviceman found wire crimped under freezer door. Water and ice maker inoperative. Suggested replacing entire unit. Cannot get any response from Best Buy

@VerizonSupport On 2 sets a program recorded could not be played and the channel would not play either. Fios1 isn’t ready. Too many strange quirks. For example, I am unable to shut off the TV. Needed my Samsung remote to shut off. Also it is lunatic not to have a time display. Voice recog poor
