In another incident, at my own business place , a man came in and physically assaulted one of my staff members. We reported the case immediately, hoping for protection and justice, but again, nothing has happened.
Recently, I was robbed by someone who worked in my home. I reported the case to @RIB_Rw and submitted clear supporting evidence including footage. Despite this, no meaningful action has been taken so far.
As we mark Kwibuka, we honor the victims of the Genocide against the Tutsi and reflect on its unspeakable horrors. The United States stands with Rwanda in unity and reconciliation and firmly rejects denial or minimization of the genocide.

It is frustrating that regulators and banks use a 50% limit based primarily on active income. This a risk-averse approach that frequently overlooks how passive income can significantly bolster a borrower's capacity to service debt and cover expenses.
