Highlighting opportunities available to young entrepreneurs, she pointed to initiatives such as the Made in Rwanda policy, access to youth financing, and business support programs that continue to empower young people to start and grow businesses.
She encouraged graduates to remain adaptable and committed to lifelong learning, noting that humility, emotional intelligence, and the willingness to grow are increasingly valuable in a rapidly changing world shaped by new technologies and innovation.
