Rooms triple booked, equipment that doesn't work, classes too big for classrooms, students enrolled at the wrong level.
Management: we need you to give the students an incredible experience so they stay.
Aye. Very good.

A 9th day of strike action and the chaos of a resulting boycott can be avoided next week if our employers match our commitment to ending this dispute.
The solidarity and resolve our members will not be broken.
College lecturers deliver; we deserve a fair pay rise.
Dundee & Angus College EIS-FELA members are union strong 💪❤
Our management must seek to avoid results chaos, end the hard ball tactics and return to the table with the commitment to end this dispute.
Time is running out ⏰️
We are still waiting for further talks with our employers - they need to match our commitment to ending this dispute.
Our resulting boycott is having an increasing impact on students' ability to attain results.
Time is running out.

Our employers have been aware of the resulting boycott since April 20th.
The impact of this will be clear in the next few weeks.
Our employers can avoid this situatiom by returning to the table to end this dispute.
The time to take this dispute seriously is now.
Alongside a resulting boycott, that will seriously impact colleges in the coming weeks, we have escalated ASOS to a complete withdrawal of goodwill.
The attitude of our employers has been to wait us out - they now need to return to negotiation.
Time is running out.
We have yet to hear back from our employers re further negotiation. 👎
🚨 Our members are due to take an 8th day of strike action this week. 🚨
⏰️ Time is running out to avoid the disruption of our resulting boycott. ⏰️
🚨 Strike Day #8 🚨
Our employers could not arrange to meet us at the negotiating table to avoid more strike action this week.
Their delay, hard ball tactics and lack of willingness to move must change.
⏰️ Time is running out to avoid results chaos in FE. ⏰️
Our result boycott has been in place since April 20th and our employers have been fully aware of this.
Despite this, they have resorted to hard ball tactics and attempts to undermine trade union activity.
Time is running out to avoid results chaos in FE. ⏰️
The money to potentially resolve this dispute is in the FE sector now.
Their financial arguments distract from what this dispute has become about: an attempt to undermine and break our union.
Our resolve, on an 8th day of strike action, remains strong.
In a sign of good faith, we have offered to cancel strike action set for Monday of next week - allowing a full day to negotiate an end to this dispute.
It's time our employers dropped the hard ball tactics. ⏰️
Time is running out to avoid results chaos in FE. ⏰️
