@joncolman Thoughts on this, Jon? From the outside looking in, seems indecisive and far from proactive again. Club not really learning from past mistakes on this are they?
@bruntonbugle I think 7 or 8 will come in.
GK.
2x CB
2x CM
1x Winger
1x striker
That's at a minimum for me. The midfield you could argue we need 3, it was incredibly light as the season went on in terms of options and we eventually burnt out McCadam in particular. More options needed.
@bruntonbugle Some of the players on that squad list I can see wanting to leave, or us actively wanting to move on. Kelly, Embleton, Whelan, Mugabi I am not convinced will still be here. Hughes stays I think Kelly and Whelan will definitely want to go. Mugabi was 4th choice by season end.
@MikeEwins Similar thoughts as me. I want to see us make an appointment with a plan over the next 3/4/5 years. Hughes just feels like a safe approach, rather than one which would actually elevate us. Think if he's here another season, it will deflate a lot of the fanbase.
Feel as if the time is right for Hughes to go now. To get 95 points from the outside looks like a good season, but there is no connection between fans and manager at all. Does anyone actually see us building anything with him, and at his age is that really possible? #cufc
@Jonnyreay You can't start a game, and play a large part of it, like that and expect to get anything. Not engaging Boreham Wood at all, and just letting them pop it about like we did, killed the game and occasion. The amount of space Brunt and Abdulmalik had at times was criminal.
Fully deserved. They played 120 mins in midweek and they bossed us, especially 1st half. They use the ball so well, and that Zak Brunt is one of the best players I have seen at BP this season.
Boggles the mind.
13k crowd.
Everyone up for it.
Opposition played 120mins midweek.
It's National League standard, they will make mistakes playing out.
And yet we sit off in a mid block and the occasion goes completely flat.
Beyond frustrated.

@james_cufc2000 Good point on the fitness front, I actually thought they were starting to tire towards the end, but then we became even worse. Couldn't believe how many of our players were getting cramp!
Furious. How do you go out in a play off game, 14k fans baying for it, and start with such a lack of energy & aggression? Do you not have some sort of adrenaline as a manager/player to want to play with a bit of edge & get at the opposition in this sort of game? Not good enough.
With still 4 days of sales left, and on the day sales, I reckon home areas sell out. If you haven't got a ticket, I wouldn't leave it until the weekend! #cufc
@DanCUFC@JRBulman Is all of Block3 segregation Dan? Any chance we could just put away in Block 2, and have half/3 quarters of Block 3 home fans with netting/stewards segregating. Seating being gone a week before game shows the demand!
