@PandaExpress I have an online account - trying to log in and place an order and it repeatedly asks me to verify my email - which I’d happily do if the email with the verification code would ever actually send. Email is spelled correctly - and I’ve tried on 3 devices, 2 browsers.
@Hertz what’s the point of having presidents circle if I’ve now called and been sent to 3 separate desks in person to try and correctly get my presidents circle number on my reservation. Really making this process frustrating - and making me ready to go elsewhere next time.
@AmericanAir Flight delayed nearly 4 hours with numerous different problems - finally boarded - then left sitting here waiting for fuel over an hour. What compensation is being offered after being left like this?
The pilot and crew have been lovely - not their fault.

@UPS First my package is delayed because of truck issue, then it’s out for delivery and never arrives - rescheduled 2 days later - same thing AGAIN. I call to see what’s going on and request a callback - call comes and I’m immediately put back in the queue for 10 min. What gives?

@AmericanAir I want to book a flight using miles for 4 people. We have enough miles between all 4 of our AA accounts but not enough on any 1 account. Are we able to use points from all 4 accounts if I call in to book the flight?

@lyft You kept changing drivers on me - finally paired me w/ a driver that was not moving for 10+ minutes - and then nearly doubled the price of the ride. I keep trying to request help in the app and the automated system will not allow me to speak with you. Help. Unacceptable.

@AmericanAir can you please clarify your policy on wearing an Apple Vision Pro? I was just told I’m not permitted to wear it until we’re at 10000 ft. I have not seen this published anywhere and it’s a bit frustrating - especially when I’ve worn it on several flights without issue
