@drjasonfung with regard to reaching an optimum point in daily fasting, do you need to get to full 15, 16, 18 hours to get value or are you getting value at 12 hours, just more at longer lengths?
@PeterAttiaMD curious if you have put any thought (or a Drive that i missed) into heat/stimulation vs ice after heavy workout or injury? Read book by Gary Rienl @TheAntiIceMan, iced and seems to make sense.
