@OctopusEnergy I won a free Kit Kat in the scratchcard and I tried to scan it at two Co op stores that both take paypoint and it wouldn’t work when I scanned it, after wasting lots of time I have been unable to redeem the free Kit Kat. Please can you look into this for me?
