Bad actors are using AI and social media to exploit and harm children every day. The federal KIDS Act would make it harder for states to stop them and hold big tech accountable.
I joined AGs across the country in opposing it, because protecting Pennsylvania’s kids and families is non-negotiable.

In Pennsylvania, we are blessed with extraordinarily dedicated law enforcement. Together we removed over 56 million doses of fentanyl from our communities last year, and we are attacking the supply of these poisons wherever they try to hide.
To anyone struggling with addiction: please don’t give up. Long term recovery is real. I’ve seen it time and time again.
The mental health crisis in Pennsylvania doesn’t stop with the general population. It hits our first responders and law enforcement too. They see the worst of the worst, every day, often understaffed.
My office is doing everything we can to have their backs, because they always have ours.
My approach to the world starts with one belief: we have the power within ourselves to create our own path and our own direction. That road can be difficult, but the adversity makes us stronger.
That’s not just something I believe, it’s something I’ve seen proven time and again throughout my life. No matter what you’re facing, you are in control of the way you respond. That is both a responsibility and a gift.
I met directly with Pennsylvania students this year to hear about the impact of social media and AI on their mental health. What I heard was clear: these platforms are causing real harm, and tech companies need to be held accountable.
My office will keep pushing to protect kids and families online.

Is reentry a get out of jail free card? No.
It’s the recognition that accountability and redemption go hand in hand. You serve your time, you do the work, society gives you another chance.
It leads to stronger, and safer, communities for all of us.
That’s not a partisan idea. It’s a human one.
A major Northeast Philadelphia fentanyl ring has been taken down
Attorney General @DaveSunday_ announced charges against three suspects and the seizure of more than $2 million worth of fentanyl. Thanks for fighting to keep dangerous drugs off Pennsylvania’s streets.
Yesterday, I had the distinct honor of giving the keynote address at my Alma Mater, Widener Commonwealth Law School. As a veteran and nontraditional student, Widener provided an opportunity in the Evening Division that allowed for me to continue working at UPS while pursuing my dream of becoming an attorney. So proud of these graduates! God Speed. 🇺🇸
I was proud to stand with my law enforcement partners today to share the success of an operation that got millions of dollars of fentanyl off the streets. This work is dangerous, but we have to keep our foot on the gas to make sure our communities are safe.
“Fentanyl continues to be an easily obtainable and highly profitable product of choice for predatory traffickers.”
That’s exactly why we keep targeting them. Three charged, $2M in fentanyl seized, and a Northeast Philly operation supplying drugs across PA and into New Jersey shut down.

Last month, I talked about the need to speak out against antisemitism when it is seen. Today, I feel compelled to do just that.
The mailing deployed in a Lehigh/Bucks county state senate race was antisemitic. Its language and use of an Israeli flag that targeted a Jewish state senator inappropriately suggests disloyalty to America.
That is the type of antisemitic action and rhetoric that must be called out, condemned and shunned.
THE BATTLE OF PENNSYLVANIA BELONGS TO THE FLYERS! 🤩
The @NHLFlyers advance to the Second Round of the #StanleyCup Playoffs!!!

Last year, we removed over 50 million doses of fentanyl from the streets of Pennsylvania, from Philadelphia to Pittsburgh to Erie and every community in between.
During my service in the Navy, I learned that the only way to achieve a mission is when everybody is rowing in the same direction. That is the leadership approach I bring to this office — and the results speak for themselves.
Today, I spoke at an Anti-Human Trafficking conference organized by @SenatorDush and to continue educating communities about the reality of this scourge.
Thank you for having me!
I feel incredibly blessed to be the Attorney General.
I grew up in Central Pennsylvania. Joined the Navy at 18. Worked at UPS for eight years through college and law school, alongside some of the hardest working people I’ve ever met — all of them grinding to provide for their families.
Those are the people we’re here to protect. And every morning, I thank God for the opportunity to do exactly that.
Being a parent has never been easy.
But today, parents are up against technology that follows their children into every corner of their lives, at school, at work, everywhere. We’ve seen what it does when it’s used the wrong way.
That’s why we’re here, to hold these companies accountable and put power back in the hands of the parents who are fighting every day for their kids.
Reaching young people early is one of the best investments we can make in public safety. Proud of this student and grateful for the chance to talk with kids in Mercer County about staying drug-free.
