@chorye Been there, done that. It was 2020. Each year after became a little less impossible. Also, worked pre awards and love research. Administrative overhead is absurd. Not saying cutting to 15% is the solution but we should be able to admit there could be better solutions.

@geoffschwartz League has tons of issues that need to be fixed. The biggest issue is the quality of football is poor. To me this is what was the difference in the NFL and CFB but that’s no longer the case. Penalties, QB play, coaching, player development are all worse than ever.

- Term limits but longer terms. Frequency of a potential turnover is more than most companies. Not effective.
