Last night I got to do what I love most, get behind a mic and have real conversations with some of the sharpest people in CRE.
The 4th Annual Real Estate Gala was an incredible night. Thank you @stripmallguy & @BobKnakal for everything you’ve built 🙏
Heading to the Real Estate Gala tonight 🎤
I'll be on the red carpet interviewing guests for @CREUnplugged.
Drop a question below 👇 and I might ask it live.
Who do you want to hear from?
We spent years telling CRE that blockchain would transform the industry. Adoption crawled. AI walked in and skipped the education phase entirely. The difference? The ROI was immediate and impossible to ignore.
The CRE firms that will dominate the next decade aren’t the ones with the most assets. They’re the ones that figured out AI operations first. We’re still early enough that this is winnable.
Most CRE tech fails at adoption because the value takes too long to prove. AI proved it in months. That’s the real story. Not the technology. The speed of proof.
The AI conversation in CRE has shifted. It’s no longer “should we explore this.” It’s “why haven’t you deployed this yet.” That’s a career question now, not just a strategy one.
Owners and operators who aren’t actively implementing AI right now aren’t just behind on tech. They’re leaving NOI on the table. The competition isn’t waiting for your next budget cycle.
