@aa_dot_reviews how does @AmericanAir stay in business? After 5 different delays, the plane was finally boarded, 5 hours late. The crew treated passengers if this was somehow their fault and the captain even came on pre-flight to tell us the poor crew has had a long day!

@AmericanAir can’t even get their $hit together enough to clean a 5 times delayed plane sufficiently in order to board families with children so they can get to their destination 7 hours late. This may be the poorest run company in the U.S.
